Welcome to Accessories by Park Lane. By accessing and using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services.

Secure Shopping
Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server provided by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, ensuring that your details are held in a safe environment. All payment information is encrypted and securely transmitted to ensure your privacy and security. While we do not store your complete payment information on our website, Shopify manages and securely stores this data to process your orders.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you informed about new products and special promotions. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. For complete privacy details, please see the Privacy Policy page on our website.
Area Exclusivity
We strive to maintain area exclusivity to ensure that our products are not supplied to another customer within a reasonable distance of a loyal customer. All orders are checked to ensure this, and the final decision rests with us.
Use of Product Images
Our product images can only be used with prior written permission from Accessories by Park Lane. Please email sales@parklaneonline.com with your request. Permission will only be granted for items purchased directly from us within a 12-month period. Model images cannot be used under any circumstances.
Deliveries
If an item is temporarily unavailable or has a longer lead time, you will be notified of the revised dispatch date. Your credit card will be debited prior to the dispatch of your order.
Returns and Order Cancellations
Orders can only be returned or canceled if agreed upon with the company and the request is made in writing to orders@parklaneonline.com. Returned stock will be subject to a restocking fee of £30 or the greater cost of returning the stock.
Force Majeure
We will not be liable for failure to deliver the goods or any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, acts of God, theft, water damage, and embargoes.
Overseas Delivery
If you are outside the UK or Europe and wish to purchase our products, please contact us at orders@parklaneonline.com. The minimum order for orders outside Europe is £200. Delivery costs are typically around £25 for a 2kg package.
Minimum Order Values
- UK Orders: Free delivery on orders over £250 plus VAT. Minimum order £180 plus VAT plus £9 for delivery.
- Republic of Ireland Orders: Free delivery on orders over £300. Minimum order £200 plus £12 for delivery.
- Rest of Europe: Free delivery on orders over £300. Minimum order £200 plus £15 for delivery.
For orders in the EU, if you supply your VAT number at checkout, you will not be charged VAT.
Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards. We reserve the right to decline any order where there is a discrepancy in card details.
Pricing
The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of our website at the time you place your order. If a pricing error occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. All prices are quoted exclusive of delivery costs and VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Returns
We accept the return of all damaged or faulty items if we are informed within 5 working days of receipt. Under these circumstances, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. No returns are accepted for any pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set.

Errors & Omissions
Accessories by Park Lane cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website. If a product you have ordered has an incorrect price due to an error we have made, we will notify you before delivery and give you the option of cancelling or altering your order.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
