Conditions for Return
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags attached.
- For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for any individual pierced products or pierced products that are part of a jewellery set, except for items deemed faulty and returned within 5 working days.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items. If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 weeks of receipt. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected.
